frequently asked questions
exchange policy
Of course, it is our goal to provide you with goods that are of exemplary quality and in pristine condition. However, if for some reason you find yourself unsatisfied with the item you have received, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange. Returns or exchanges are accepted on the condition that the item is unworn, undamaged, unaltered, unwashed and mailed back to us within fifteen (15) days of delivery of the item(s). If you would like to inquire about product availability, please do not hesitate to contact us via email: hello@ikirejones.com
order Delivery
In order to keep customer costs as low as possible, we do not keep a stock of jackets in inventory. Instead, upon payment, each jacket is tailored specifically for the customer. As soon as we receive your order, our tailors will get to work and we will have your tailored items in the mail to you within 6 weeks.
Accessories (scarves) are usually mailed out within the same week that the order is placed, unless they are packaged with a tailoring order.
If you have any questions about the progress of your jacket order, please do not hesitate to contact us via email: hello@ikirejones.com.
Custom Orders
We have decided as a policy not to accept mailed measurements for custom orders.
That said, we are happy to do custom orders. If you are unable to come to our showroom in the Philadelphia area to have your measurements taken, you can (1) place a custom order on our site, and then (2) mail us a suit or garment that fits you well so we can use it as a reference. We will take measurements from the garments you send, and use them to make your new item. Upon completion, we will mail you your new Ikiré Jones pieces and also return the garments you sent us.
*Please note that there is a one-time charge for custom orders. The additional expense is the cost of making an individual pattern according to your unique measurements. Once we have made your unique pattern with the first custom order, all subsequent custom orders will be charged at the lower standard price.
