Ikiré Jones's coats are hand cut and sewn.  They are made to wear into the body, yet maintain a lightly structured feel.  The single-piece canvas was designed and cut specifically for our jackets.  The canvas along with the sleeves are hand set.  The collar receives quite a bit of attention.  It is hand felled and drawn, giving the collar and lapel a distinct finish. The sleevehead is fashioned from a stiff horse hair canvas to give the shoulders unobtrusive lift.  Our jackets blend old world, Neopolitan soft-tailoring with modern, lightweight simplicity

Each season, Ikiré Jones produces a limited collection of silk squares. Each square is a story-telling piece that celebrates the heritage of different indigenous cultures across the globe. Beyond their captivating aesthetics, our squares are conceived to be items of dignity and self-reflection. Whether they are displayed as objects of art in a home, or worn as part of an ensemble, it is our hope that each square will be passed on from one generation to the next. They are a quiet reminder of how far we have come, and how much farther we are destined to go.

Ikiré Jones's printed jackets are intended as wearable art. By sourcing imagery from classic works created by masters of fine art and merging them with images of people from overlooked populations, each jacket makes a statement about struggle, perseverance and the shared histories from which we have all arisen.

Scarves

Each season, Ikiré Jones produces a limited collection of heirloom scarves. Each scarf is a story-telling piece that celebrates the heritage of different indigenous cultures across the globe. Beyond their captivating aesthetics, our scarves are conceived to be items of dignity and self-reflection. Whether they are displayed as objects of art in a home, or worn comfortably around one's neck, it is our hope that each scarf will be passed on from one generation to the next. They are a quiet reminder of how far we have come, and how much farther we are destined to go.
